We were in a critical situation having been in an auto accident and our car was totaled. We were desperately searching for a handicapped van when we learned of Consumer Car Sales. I contacted them and Jim Seaton, the owner responded immediately, posting several vans that would meet our criteria.
We made contact with Jim, contacted our credit union to prearrange financing and drove from Paradise, CA. to Santa Rosa. Jim had several vans ready for us to look at and drive. I must say, every van was so clean, they looked new inside. After seeing the van of our choice, we took it out for a good test drive and Jim helped to acquaint us with all the features of the van. He showed us everything, inside and out, under the hood, the tires were like brand new. There was only 21,000 miles on the van. From there, we went into his office and took care of all of the paperwork. It was thorough, efficient and complete. Before we left town, Jim hopped on his bike and led us to a gas station where he topped off our gas tank. Never have we purchased a vehicle where we received such great service. The one thing I will say about Jim, is he is pretty anal about his vehicles. He treats them all like they are his personal transportation.
